Healthy Visions (operating as Sedation Certification) does not issue refunds on courses already started or taken with certificates issued, or if participant has failed the course.
However, special circumstances will be considered if Sedation Certification is contacted within 30 days of purchase — email info@sedation.education.
Fourth exam attempt
The $150 fourth comprehensive exam attempt unlocks immediately on purchase. It is refundable within 30 days of purchase if the attempt has not been started; once the attempt has been started, it is non-refundable.
Facility and group seats
Facility and group seats that have not been assigned to a learner are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once a seat has been assigned, it follows the course refund policy above.
