What is the CSRN™ certification?
Certified Sedation Registered Nurse™
The CSRN™ is a program credential awarded upon successful completion of the Sedation Certification course. It demonstrates that the holder has met a rigorous, competency-based standard for safe sedation practice. The CSRN™ is a specialty program credential — it is not an ANA/ANCC national board certification — and is designed to support patient safety, facility standardization, and alignment with the documented-competency expectations of major accreditation bodies.
